My client is a Lexcel-accredited, Legal 500 multi-disciplinary law firm offering a diverse range of legal services. They are currently seeking a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team based in the Wrexham office.

Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of litigation and dispute resolution matters.Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across civil and commercial disputes.Handle contentious probate matters, professional negligence claims, TOLATA disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, property disputes, company law matters, consumer and commercial contracts, and employment-related disputes.Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and support on complex cases.Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and client communications.Actively engage in networking and business development activities to promote the firm's services and attract new clients.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation and dispute resolution.
Requirements:
Qualified solicitor with 2-10 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.Demonstrated expertise in handling a diverse range of civil and commercial disputes.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.IT literate, with proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Enthusiasm for networking and business development.Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.Adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.
