Established for over 18 years, we have over 900 public organisations utilising our services, which primarily cover the fleet category and include contracts to supply vehicles such as cars, vans, minibuses, refuse trucks, specialist, and heavy goods vehicles as well as other vehicle associated goods and services.

With an ever-increasing number of customers utilising our products and services, we are seeking to recruit a well organised, career-minded individual with a desire to establish themselves within an administrative role as an **Junior Accounts Administrator**.

The position is a varied role within a busy and expanding team.

Job role including but not limited to;
- Invoicing
- Order processing
- Reconciliations
- Status reports
- CRM Workflow updates
- General administrative functions
- Month end chase
- Handling in-coming calls
- Archiving
- Credit control
- New member/supplier set-up

**Working hours**

Mon-Thur

9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch

Fri

9.00am - 5.00pm with ½ hour lunch

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28-£10.42 per hour

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
