**Position: Customer Care Specialist**

The Customer Care Administrator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers and vendors. The role will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting with the resolution of customer complaints.

**Core Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers and vendors.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer awareness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Support the organization’s core values**:Excellence **(in all things). **Empathy **(for both our customers and each other). **Integrity **(for both ourselves and others). **Responsibility **(for both our customers and vendors).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 16 weeks

**Salary**: £390.75 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cradley Heath: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 3 years (preferred)
