**Business Development Representative - Hybrid working (London)**

Clarum Recruitment Group is partnering with an amazing business start-up, Spinach, who seek to recruit a Business Development Representation.

**About Spinach.**

Spinach is an exciting new start up on a mission to give organisations the ability to provide high quality coaching to their junior employees. Set up by business coaches; after a year of intense product testing, we’re now looking to grow quickly as a company.This creates a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop with us. **About the role.**

We’re looking for a bright, creative and ambitious person to engage new customers with our exciting new coaching product, 'Spinach’. No previous experience is required in the role, all practical skills can be trained. We’re looking for someone with the rightcore values and attitude who wants to develop themselves at pace, within a start up that has lots of growth potential.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Developing detailed go to market strategies
- Researching new markets and potential target clients
- Collaborating with the founder, customer success, and marketing teams to identify more effective marketing strategies
- Implementing agreed marketing plans, e.g. creating fun and engaging socials content in support of business development
- Preparing product pitches and making presentations to prospective clients - Pitching products and services to new customers
- Developing and implementing effective follow up systems
