Neighbourhood Officer

We are currently working with a neighbourhood officer on a permanent basis 35 hours per week.

£33, 077 per annum plus 1200 car allowance.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed housing professional with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. With a focus on meeting the needs of our customers, you'll be self-motivated and possess an aptitude to meet challenges and adapt to change. You'll be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient housing service within a dedicated patch, playing a key role in tenancy and estate management. You'll be required to work with partners to deliver a community-based service.

Role purpose To play a key role in creating safer communities by providing customers with a high quality housing management service, dealing with tenancy management and preventing Anti Social Behaviour.
