Neighborhood Officer - Epsom.
We are currently seeking a **Neighbourhood Officer** on a permanent basis, 35 hours per week.
Permanent Contract.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed housing professional with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. With a focus on meeting the needs of our customers, you'll be self-motivatedand possess an aptitude to meet challenges and adapt to change. You'll be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient housing service within a dedicated patch, playing a key role in tenancy and estate management. You'll be required to work withpartners to deliver a community based service.
The successful applicant should be educated to GCSE level, BTEC, GNVQ Intermediate, NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Experience of working in a similar environment is essential. Practical knowledge of MS Word and Excel and office
