Junior- Mid-weight Interior Designer

DB Interior Studio Ltd is a young and vibrant Interior Design company offering interior architecture, design, styling and furnishing services for high-end residential projects. We work on projects mainly in London and the Home Counties.

We are growing rapidly and are looking for a talented Junior - Mid-Weight Interior Designer to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Interior Designer keen to work on exciting high-end project in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

The role will include (but not limited to):

- Help putting schemes together with technical drawings, joinery packages, mood boards, CAD plans and layouts
- Liaise with suppliers, ordering, checking lists and assisting with surveys
- Work on a portfolio of projects
- Support with practice building and marketing activities

This would suit an interior designer who is seeking a role with varied responsibilities with room to grow and take on their own projects. This is a hybrid role with a mix of days in the office and working from home.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Recognised qualification in Interior Design
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years working on high-end residential projects
- Proficient in CAD (ideally VectorWorks or AutoCAD). Photoshop fluency would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Good project budgeting and procurement knowledge
- Good FF&Eknowledge
- Experience of presenting designs to clients, and managing client relationships
- Technically minded but also with a creative flair
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time management and organisation skills, especially as the role will require working across a portfolio of projects
- Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
- A team player but also self-motivated and proactive
- Willing to help and get involved in a wide variety of tasks
- Clean driving license, access to own car an advantage for occasional site/procurement visits

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
