Head Housekeeper

We currently have a vacancy for a Head Housekeeper/Housekeeping Supervisor at The Fairway, Dodworth, Barnsley and we would be delighted to hear from you.

We are looking for someone ready to take a step into a supervisory position from all backgrounds.

As the leader of this team, it’s not just about ensuring that the cleaning and preparation of our rooms and public areas exceeds our guest’s expectations, but also managing the business element of the housekeeping division. This is a working role and one where team work and intelligent use of resources is essential.

Due to the hours of work/start time this role would be ideally suited to someone with a driving licence & access to a vehicle.

MUST BE ABLE TO START WORK AT 6.30PM MONDAY-FRIDAY AND 7AM SATURDAY & SUNDAYS.

This involves:
Providing a personal but not intrusive service through the delivery of a high standard of cleanliness and a beautifully maintained environment

Ensuring training and development of all team members is carried out in your areas of responsibility

Managing rotas according to business demands

Communicating with your team on a daily basis, discussing performance, efficiency, and attending occasional meetings with management

Whatever the task you will ensure the customers receive great service and standards along the way.
