Are you an aspiring/high quality photographer that's looking for some secure income and to be part of a team?

Most estate agents don't have a photographer on their team, but we have done so for several years now and see such great value in it in terms of quality and impact for our clients. This is a really important role for us as a business.

Flexible working that equates to circa 20 hours a week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but we will guarantee a minimum of 20 hours every week. Working from/around our Southbourne office.

We pride ourselves on providing the best photography and marketing, for our clients. Often the photography can be the difference between selling or not selling, a client moving or not moving.

You will need really good editing skills and know your way around a camera. Having your own equipment is essential. Wide lens, high quality camera.

The majority of our imagery is shot in HDR with 5 brackets.

Responsibilities include:

- Taking and editing all property photos
- Videoing and editing for property virtual tours
- Taking and editing Drone photos for all marketing
- Uploading photos, virtual tours and floorplans onto our Database system
- Helping with content for the company’s social media, creating content for both property and business marketing.
- Providing excellent customer service and marketing to all our clients

We are looking for someone that has the attitude and desire to do a great job, you will be communicating and client facing so must be happy to provide an excellent customer service too.

You must have your own kit/equipment for this role, drone is supplied.
