Project Administrator required for a construction business in Teesside. This is a full-time, permanent contract.
The Role
Scanning and filling paperwork weekly
Logging and filling of purchase, subcontract and internal company invoices
Filing supplier tickets
Assisting with annual audit
Log new tenders/create tender files
Log new jobs/create new job file
Logging remittance advices
Creation of job packs, producing method statements, induction forms for each job
Printing large scale drawings
Fill in weekly live contract tracker
General office duties
Procurement/purchasing of materials, plant, PPE and subcontract orders for site
Fill in all pre-qualification questionnaire forms should be done
Experience
Applicants must have some recent, relevant experience.
Remuneration
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum
