Our PMI Team has grown significantly over the last 12 months and we are looking to appoint a Team Captain to manage, motivate and lead a team of up to 6 colleagues to ensure overall business targets are exceeded, delivered compliantly and with excellent customer satisfaction. Whilst balancing this with the delivery of own work tasks and objectives.

**Responsibilities of a Team Captain - Private Medical Insurance Sales Team**
- Motivating direct reports to achieve targets, compliantly.
- Conducting coaching of team members to maximize their potential.
- Empowering team members to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and systems skills.
- Conducting monthly 121’s & half yearly reviews.
- Working with other Teams on initiatives to improve efficiencies and overall department performance.
- Take responsibility for own personal development in terms of understanding the business, regulation, and the insurance industry, acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures.
- As an employee you are required to be aware of the Assured Futures data protection policy and in particular your obligation to keep all data safe. - You will be expected to carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in line with your main duties.
- c50% Advising client, c50% coaching and completing 121’s with a team of 5 colleagues

**Full Time Working Hours
- 39 hours per week**
