The successful Contract and Maintenance Planning Supervisor will be an organised and analytical individual who is able to handle a variety of tasks and think logically about any situation.

**Job Role**
- To manage the effective day to day management of the contract’s planned preventative maintenance (PPM) delivery
- To achieve the performance standards set by our inspectorate body for timescales of carrying our PPM visits in readiness for reporting at our annual inspection
- To develop and build customer relationships ensuring the highest professional standards are always achieved promoting excellent customer service
- To manage all aspects of the renewal process, from quotations, invoicing, receiving payment and ensuring our CRM software data is updated
- Have full knowledge of all levels of maintenance contracts provided. Ensure that all administration records accompanying these contracts are complete and updated at regular intervals as required
- Control our monitoring contracts, directly communicating with our third-party monitoring station
- Ensure any recommendations or further action required following a PPM visit are processed and followed up as required
- Invoice any works as required from a PPM visit
- Proactively contacting customers whose maintenance contracts are expiring or expired and keeping in contact ensuring customer retention through excellent customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
