Finance Officer - Charity
Location: Mannamead (Onsite)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £18500 - £23,500 per annum
Tide Partnership are delighted to be partnering with an excellent charity in the search for a driven Finance Officer to join their team
Job Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Reconciling creditors and addressing overdue balances while effectively managing associated inquiries
- Handling queries from vendors and clients with professionalism and expertise
- Taking charge of the Society's Accounting Centre Mailbox, ensuring timely and organized correspondence
- Proficiently navigating an online banking system to ensure secure financial transactions
- Expertly processing diverse expenditures and meticulously preparing weekly BACS payments
- Managing the reception of incoming mail and meticulously recording daily banking activities
Job Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to form long relationships
- Solid team worker with the ability to work independently
