Now, as we go through an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator to join us at our Head Office in Stoneleigh Park, on a permanent, full-time basis.

**The Role**
As an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will administer certificates and skills cards, accurately processing learner details onto our database.
Additionally, you will support the smooth running of our office, managing and distributing post and working to improve our customer service systems and processes.
**About You**
To be considered as an Awarding and Certification Co-ordinator, you will need:

- Experience in an administration role
- Experience of managing and liaising with customers on the phone and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good IT literacy in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Close attention to detail
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades 4-9 (C - A*)
Ideally, you will be confident in touch typing.
