**_Job Description_**
- _To provide 1:1 key working support to a select group of service users._
- _Maintain documentation and reports for a select group of service users. _
- _To participate in the day-to-day implementation of individual support plans, activities and provide appropriate support to individuals._
- _Support Individuals to attend meetings and reviews. _
- _Support Individuals with budgeting._
- _To support the Individuals to gain and develop independent skills._
- _To have regard for the personal welfare and safety of the Individuals you are supporting._
- _To maintain and promote good working relationships with the individuals we support, stakeholders including local authority and emergency services._
- _To maintain accurate notes and records._
- _To monitor the health and safety of the property and ensure high levels of cleanliness. _
- _To complete training and engage in development opportunities. _
- _To provide emotional support and guidance to individuals complex needs and behaviour._

**_Schedule_**
- The contract is for 39 hours per week. It is combination of hours on shift in the homes and office-based hours to meet the needs of the service users we support. _

**_Qualifications, requirements, and Skills:_**
- _You must be over the age of 18 to apply_
- _Have a “can do” attitude._
- _Have the right to work in the UK._
- _Have good communication skills, demonstrating a good level of spoken and written English._
- _Treat all Individuals with respect, dignity and be non-discriminatory in all aspects of care delivery process._
- _To have an Enhanced DBS certificate on the update service or be prepared to obtain one._
- _Driving license and access to a vehicle. _
- _Experience in a support or care related role. _
- _To hold the care certificate or equivalent qualification. _

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
