Salary
- £23,500 + 5% Bonus

Hybrid avaibale after Training (must live in Kent)

This is the perfect opportunity for a confidential individual with excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). Experience in customer service/retail/hospitality is desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working in our clients customer service team taking inbound and outbound calls to their customers.
- Speaking with customers to find the best solution.
- Updating customer databases to ensure accurate records are kept.
- Providing excellent service to customers
