Service Coordinator

TSUK is one of the fastest growing dealerships in the UK, selling Temsa coaches and parts. The purpose of the role is to support and administrate service and warranty. Dealing with internal teams, service technicians and customers to resolve issues as quickly as possible and make sure the warranty is correctly claimed.
**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Recording information to process warranty claims on manufacturers portal
- Completing follow ups on claims to ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Liaising with customers and internal/external teams.
- Providing customers with updates and timelines regarding their service visits
- Working directly in conjunction with the service engineers to organise works
- Reporting any trends to the Line Manager
- Having strong knowledge of the product ranges and their warranty periods
- Having an understanding and in-depth knowledge of the the service, warranty and claims process

- Microsoft package knowledge and experience - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Working in a automotive enviroment
**Desirable**:
- Prior experience of processing warranty claims
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
