Your duties as Service Controller / Service Coordinator will include:

- Carrying out administrative/service control duties in relation to service and maintenance contracts
- Dealing with enquiries from customers and engineering staff
- Carrying out duties necessary to deliver an efficient and effective service
- Updating and controlling job database systems
- Compiling reports
- Assisting with organising work schedules to a cost-effective manner

You will have:

- Previous experience undertaking a similar role in an administrative/service environment
- Strong IT skills including Word & Excel
- The ability to work as part of a small, very fast paced team but also have initiative to carry out works on your own and manage your own workload
- Confident communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills

In addition, you will be a friendly, confident, flexible and adaptable team player with a helpful manner. Technical background experience would be desirable but is not essential.

This role is permanent full-time and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 until 17:00.
