We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our small friendly team as a Lead Receptionist/Administrator at Waterloo Health Centre, London SE1.

The main function of the role is to Lead and support the reception team to provide the highest standards of patient care.

**IT knowledge and previous GP Practice experience is essential for this role.**

Senior Receptionist or supervisory experience and/or medical reception experience would also be beneficial.

You will be responsible for the supporting the Senior Managers in the day to day running of the reception team which include face to face and telephone appointment bookings. You will also be responsible for the supervision, training and support of all reception staff ensuring that all functions are carried out in accordance with practice protocols. You will also be responsible for the management of the practice rota, adding sessions onto the patient database (emisweb) with support from the Assistant Practice Manager.

37.5 Hours per week + possible overtime

5 weeks Annual Leave

**Salary: £14.50 per hour**
