HR Coordinator

**HR Coordinator | Fixed Term 9 month Contract | Location: Derrylin, Co Fermanagh**

Encirc makes, fills, and distributes glass bottles and jars. Your day to day duties as HR Coordinator will be, supporting the HR team in both administrative tasks and project support activities. Full training will be provided in relation to the business and the HR function processes.

The tasks will be relating to business change projects; induction and on boarding, learning and development, performance management and employee engagement.

**The Key Requirements**
- Educated to a minimum GCSE standard
- Experience of handling sensitive and confidential information within legislative requirements
- Fully proficient in using MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
