The ROM National Team is currently leading on IE’s Contact Management Strategy in respect of Immigration Bail reporting conditions. Technology and automation is very much at the centre of everything we do to drive performance, processes and efficiencies.

The team is responsible for supporting and coordinating ROM operations across the two Immigration, Compliance and Enforcement (ICE) regions and leads on ROM performance, strategy and policy.

**Person specification**:
We are looking to recruit a confident individual, who has either experience working within a project team or on projects, to develop and transform at pace the way we deliver Immigration Bail reporting events as part of our strategy to further embrace technology and automation and explore the ‘next generation’ of reporting technology.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) will focus on delivery of projects, involving innovation which improve IE contact management with future proof technology. You will work closely with the key stake holders to capture business requirement, analyse the data to support the requirement, complete user research and identify the most effective solution. You will be part of the Project team to support and deliver the project. You will work closely with all the stake holders ensuring we are aligned in our thinking and deliver reporting technology transformation through established change governance structures.

You will be part of a truly professional, high-performing team with the necessary capabilities and skills to deliver for Immigration Enforcement and the wider Home Office. The role also requires travel around the UK consisting of overnights stays.

Responsibilities will include: (list is not exhaustive)
- Maintenance of project documentation, including but not limited to timelines, risks registers and stakeholder maps.
- Preparation of presentations for various Project Board decisions.
- Secretariat functions, including co-ordinating meetings, minutes, diaries and actions.

**Essential Criteria**
- Experience of working through operational change.
- Working within a project team or on projects.
- An excellent communicator, including presentational skills and proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to analyse large sets of data using Microsoft Excel & Access and derive takeaways.
- Innovative and creative, working to develop and effect changes and improvements to ways of working.
- A relationship builder, able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members, internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong team player with the ability to flex to other work in support of colleagues.
