Lift Supervisor

**Job Title**: Lift Supervisor
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Location**: Various sites across the UK
**Salary**: £16 per hour Monday to Friday
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that all lift operations are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of lift operators and other personnel involved in lift operations.
- Conduct safety checks and inspections of lifts, and ensure that any defects or faults are reported and rectified.
- Provide guidance and training to lift operators and other personnel as required.
- Ensure that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Liaise with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure that lift operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment and materials are available for lift operations.
- Ensure that all lift operators are appropriately trained and qualified for the tasks they are assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Lift Supervisor certification
- Valid CSCS card
- Proven experience as a Lift Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of lift operations and relevant regulations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work away from home for 3 nights a week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
