Being the first point of contact for our customers you’ll be an important role model when it comes to what great customer service will look like. You’ll have polite and customer focused approach, always creating an efficient and memorable experience for anyone who contacts our helpdesk.

Our busy helpdesk screens inbound calls assessing Hard FM related issues. Taking accurate and detailed notes you will actively listen to the issue and ascertain the true need and urgency of each client requests, this could range from needing a plumber on site within 3 hours to arranging a ground works contractor to dig a trench within 20 days, always informing and updating the necessary maintenance teams.

You will ideally have an understating of Hard Services within Facilities Management and be versed in the use of CAFM/CMMS systems.

Your performance will be measured on:

- Quality and consistency.
- Increasing 1st time fix rate by providing accurate data to the supplier.
- Increasing the quality of live data to our customers.
- Correct prioritisation of work order requests based on severity and impact.
