WHAT YOU’LL DO
Extensive diary management
Scheduling meetings and liaising with investors and colleagues across multiple time zones
Assist with the organisation of investor webcasts, events and roadshows
Assist in fundraising activities and relationship management
Maintenance and general upkeep of CRM platform
Extensive travel booking with detailed itineraries
Proactive gatekeeping for the team
Team expenses
EA duties including ad hoc editing of PowerPoint presentations

WHO YOU ARE

**Requirements**:
4+ years’ experience in an EA/PA role within a similar finance environment
Well-presented, proactive and personable
Financial Services experience desirable
Salesforce experience is an advantage
Strong MS Office skills
Flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work under pressure and to sometimes tight deadlines
Top notch communication skills

This role is paying up to £65k (DOE) with a discretionary bonus and 25 days annual leave.
