As part of our Horizon Growth Strategy and due to significant increase in sales, we are increasing our Production capacity and hiring for two new Production Team Leaders to join our Systems Teams.

The Team Leaders will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the Production team daily. As Team Leader, you will be the main point of contact for all team members to provide guidance, instruction, training, and leadership to inspire and drive the team toward a common goal. A can-do attitude is essential.

The role will require you to delegate tasks, oversee operation and output, provide feedback on performance, and report on metrics but also work on the product lines too. Whilst the Team Leader will not communicate with customers directly, you will liaise regularly with the sales and service teams to provide updates and lead times on work being carried out in the department.

There is room to develop and grow the team to best serve our customers’ needs and will involve working with the Production Manager to improve the revenue stream and internal processes.

These are permanent positions based at our Belfast headquarters full time onsite. Additional temporary or permanent, part time or full-time positions across Operations may be filled from this recruitment exercise.

**The Production Team Leaders will have**:
HND/HND level or equivalent wth 3 years relevant experience in a high-tech production environment
OR
ONC/OND level or equivalent in a high tech production environment
AND
Experience in support and training other technical staff
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, specifically Microsoft Excel
