**Duties will include**:

- Accurate sales order/survey processing
- Updating project plans
- Quotations
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Filing and file maintenance
- Update databases
- Maintain a culture of service excellence
- Ad hoc duties as requested by Line Manager

**Experience/skills required**:

- Organised and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial to the role.
- Interest in technical product details
- Good written communication skills
- Able to interface at all levels.
- Responds positively to requests for help and information.
- Ability to assess prioritise and make adjustment effectively.
- Team focused.
- Flexible

**Hours of work**:
08.30 - 17.30 Monday - Thursday
08.30 - 17.00 - Friday
