Are you a Biomedical Graduate who is looking for their next opportunity into Medical Engineering? Or maybe you’re a Project Coordinator who is looking for more responsibilities?

Due to an exciting period of growth, this innovating company are looking for a Project Coordinator to bring medical projects from concept, through to design, manufacture, regulatory approval and onto product launch. This is a critical role within the medicaldepartment, assisting in the implementation of essential requirements for the development of medical devices.

Tools and training will be provided to support and enable you to be an effective Project Coordinator.

Occasionally you maybe required to travel within the UK to satisfy the needs of the project.

**What you will be doing**:

- Working closely with the customer to gather relevant concept information.
- Work closely with the design team to create a device that meet the customer’s needs.
- To provide support with generating documentation relating to the technical file and CE marking of the medical products.
- Generating project documentation in line with ISO 13485 - 9001 and other medical device regulatory requirements.
- Attend and sometimes organise regular customer meetings.
- To engage relevant vendors and subcontractors to support the needs of the project.
- Investigating and obtaining material safety evidence/certificates of conformance.
- Running project based risk management activities.
- Developing product test methods, basic data analysis/ evaluation to determine or prove product conformance and safety.
- To function within all regulatory requirements and quality systems, particularly related to medical devices.
- Occasional UK travel may be required to satisfy the needs of the project.
- Support in setting up QA systems pertaining to both products and manufacturing equipment.

- You will have previous experience in project coordination
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong problem solving skills
- Organised and able to manage time effectively
- Willingness to travel and have a full UK drivers licence
