**About the job.**
Reporting into our Reward Director it would be your job to manage and communicate the Rewards strategy. You would design, evaluate and execute McCain’s Global and Regional compensation and benefits program. You’ll guide the annual compensation planning cycles including salary increase guidelines, performance distributions and the appropriate allocation of incentive plan spend for the region.
You’ll collaborate closely with our GB HR Business Partners across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Commercial and Finance and manage our compensation & benefit programs including salary administration, incentive program administration, job evaluation, salary survey completion, and special projects.
**What we’re looking for.**
It’s a given that you’ll already be in a compensation, reward or benefits role as either a Manager or at a Supervisory level. You’ll have the strong knowledge and confidence when it comes to managing compensation practices to positively impact employee performance and business results. But we’d also like you to have
- Knowledge of contemporary HR practices
- Strong project management and planning skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills specifically in Excel
- Working knowledge of HR systems is beneficial, particularly SAP and SuccessFactors
- Strong influencing skills
- Passionate about driving results and thrives from success
- Collaborative approach and able to build solid relationships
- Trustworthy and conscientious with a strong attention to detail

**Where you’ll work.**
Our Head Office is in Scarborough, North Yorkshire and we operate a hybrid working policy here at McCain and our culture is based on achieving outcomes, so although we encourage weekly presence, we don’t determine a number of days in the office and success will be measured by the objectives you deliver, and not where you’re based.
