Mcklords is seeking to appoint an experienced Finance Assistant to support our growing office team on a part time basis.

Working pattern: 1 full day or two half days per week, arrangements can be discussed at interview.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the financial controller and offering support to the accounts department, your main responsibilities would include:

- Bank and invoice finance reconciliations
- Debtor control
- Posting journals
- Assist with meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines

This role requires a high degree of accuracy, therefore we require someone with excellent attention to detail, IT skills and preferably experience using Sage Line 50.

You must also have the following skills:

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workload
- Ability to work under own initiative and to strict deadlines
- Good communication and language skills

**Qualifications & experience**
- Relevant Bookkeeping or Accounts experience

**Schedule**
- Approx. 8hrs per week
- 8:30am to 5pm - To be discussed at interview
