Renewals Agent

**Do you enjoy talking to customers on the phone? Looking to work in a friendly office environment within a rapidly growing organisation?**

We are looking for persuasive, confident individuals to help us retain our customer's when their pet insurance policies are up for renewal. You will be responsible for helping customer's get them the best deal available to them.

**Salary & Working Pattern**
- Office Based (no remote working)
- £23,000 (Pro Rata)
- Mon - Fri, 4pm - 8pm (15-20 per week)
- 23 days holiday + your birthday off + bank holidays

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Managing a high volume of calls relating to existing customers.
- Responding to and following up on enquiries using appropriate methods of communication.
- Effectively managing call backs and follow ups
- Utilising skills in closing sales using a consultative and confident approach.
- Regularly achieving productivity targets.
- Ensure workloads are completed and delivered by required deadlines and to the required quality standard working in line with FCA compliance and best practice.
- Ensure existing information held is accurate.
- Ensure that you maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our products, processes and industry developments.

**Technical skills, knowledge and experience**
- The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Competent in handling and working through customer objections
- Ambition and determination to succeed
- Be self-motivated with a natural desire to achieve
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to adapt to changes within a fast paced working environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
