Our showroom, established since 2006, offers a wide range of products for creating dream spaces within homes. Located in Pontyclun and Brynmenyn, we pride ourselves on our passion for customer service and our commitment to helping customers find the perfect products for their projects.

Primary Duties:

- Receive incoming shipments of tiles, bathroom appliances, and related products, verifying quantities and quality against packing lists.
- Organize and store products in the warehouse according to inventory management systems, ensuring efficient space utilization and easy accessibility.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, including proper packaging to prevent damages during transit.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles using forklifts or other equipment as needed.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Handle returns and exchanges, inspecting products for damages and processing them according to company policies.
- Keep the warehouse clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.
- Support other departments with warehouse-related tasks, such as showroom restocking or showroom sample preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, order pickups, and any warehouse-related questions.

Required Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy items.
- Knowledge of health and safety practices in a warehouse setting.

Pay: From £11.70 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
