Your Role and Responsibilities:

- Preparation, sending and submission of accounts & tax returns for a range of clients, including Partnerships & Limited Companies
- Communicating with clients across all platforms, as well as liaising between clients and HMRC to resolve outstanding queries
- Supporting the senior team with onboarding new clients, including portfolio integration, before transitioning to relevant department
- Providing a full service with bookkeeping & VAT Returns, as well as ensuring internal and statutory deadlines are met
- Maintaining electronic filing of books and records internally and for client administrations
- Partaking in client meetings at year end, as well at attendance with networking events when required to do so
- Ensuring that HMRC/Companies House statutory information is kept up to date and accurate
What you will need to Apply:
For this position, applicants will need to have prior knowledge in accounts preparation & tax returns, as well as understanding accountancy software such as Xero or QuickBooks. Ideally you will be AAT qualified or have strong career experience, with the abilityto work collaboratively as part of a larger team. You should be a strong communicator, exhibiting an ability to prioritise workloads, manage your time effectively and organise duties accordingly. You should be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel, and be comfortableor prepared to learn new systems and procedures as and where required.

For this position, applicants with relevant experience and AAT certifications can expect to receive a salary up to £30,000, with additional perks on offer.
