**Technical Administrator**

**Role Summary of the Technical Administrator**

To support our continued and rapid growth, we are looking for a Technical Administrator to join our Client Services / Operations function in the UK.

The successful Technical Administrator will be responsible for supporting the delivery of software projects and ongoing operational success of clients.

Specifically, you’ll work on implementing, configuring and testing of the Glimpse solution, as well as ensuring it remains live once deployed. You’ll need to be confident working across a variety of IT systems, as well as possess a high level of attention to detail, as this is critical to success.

**Duties of the Technical Administrator**:

- Working on client projects alongside the assigned Account Manager.
- Implementing and configuring the technical aspects of the solution.
- Supporting the Account Manager by liaising with internal and external parties, to ensure the deployment of the solution is on-time, in scope and in-line with client expectations.
- Occasional UK travel (if required) to client sites.
- Ensuring our solution remains live by raising issues with the Support and Product teams, updating tickets in JIRA as needed.
- When required, complete basic troubleshooting using your knowledge of the solution.
- Support and deliver ad-hoc client change requests.

We are seeking a Technical Administrator with a background / interest in technology / Saas, who is familiar and comfortable working within a tech or IT company. You’ll need to be a confident communicator and have a keen eye for detail

2+ years’ experience in an IT administrative / Technical Administrator or Technical project support role, ideally with enterprise B2B clients
- Confident in liaising with colleagues across departments and offices
- Experience working with a variety of IT systems and platforms
- Experience of editing configuration files and use of command line/terminal
- High level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of SaaS product deployments would be desirable
- An interest in / understanding of Computer Vision / ML
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding / experience with software development and deployment processes
- Interest in / experience with data analytics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent - Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm

**Salary**: £25,000 - 33,000 per annum (DOE)

**COVID-19 considerations**:
