Multitask are looking for a contract’s administrator based in Liverpool to join a great team they are looking for someone who is a experience and driven administrator are you driven are you looking for a new role? Do you have administration experience if so, please see below:
Duties include for a Contracts Administrator:
Assisting with purchase and sales ledger invoice queries
- Attend client meetings where necessary
- Providing full support of the day-to-day operations of the commercial team
- Supporting with the implementation of Sage 200
- Support with and carry out WIP reviews
- Data inputting and archiving

What we are looking for in our ideal Contacts Administrator:

- Have experience within a contract’s administrator role.
- Have experience using SAGE 200
- Have strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multitask.
- Have experience working with Microsoft word, excel and outlook
