Responsibilities will include:

- Organise the supply of temporary labour for manufacturing operations. Maintain records and complete time sheets
- Responsible for the Induction programme for both permanent and temporary staff
- Maintain the Civica HR system.
- Administer and maintain HR records and data.
- Manage the administration process for Occupational Health.
- Provide advice and administration to employees and managers regarding HR / payroll related matters.
- Provide support for the recruitment and selection process and other activities as required with sound administration.
- Conduct disciplinary and grievance investigations.
- Produce statistical information, analysis and reports as required
- HR administration for activities such as employment contracts, offer letters, job descriptions, and leaver documentation.
- Administer the appraisal process using data to development training planning and activity
- Arrange training and administer documentation. Ensure matrices are accurate and updated.
- Assistance with the administration of the immigration process for Intra-Company Transfers, and supporting colleagues to settle in the UK.
- Ensure that Company communications are administered in a timely manner
- Arrange long service awards and other employee events
- Assist with employee opinion survey
