**Job overview**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Therapy Practitioner to join a forward thinking and dynamic Community Neuro Rehab Team within Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale.
We are looking for individuals who work well as part of a team and can contribute to innovative ideas on clinical pathways and can help drive forward excellence.
You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary teams following appropriate pathways of care, protocols and guidelines liaising and referring to other agencies as appropriate. You must also be willing to work flexibly, a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
When you join our team, we’ll help you find your feet providing a supportive induction programme that enables you to spend time with the services you will be working with. Throughout your time here you will enjoy robust 1:1 supervision, regular appraisal, alongside team meetings, in-service training and development programmes.
**This is a full time post but part time hours will be considered, minimum 30 hours per week.**
**Main duties of the job**:
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary service that provides assessment, treatment and rehabilitation for patients with complex stroke and neurological conditions.
As an Assistant Practitioner you will work closely with a range of therapy staff and have robust supervision and a career development plan.
