**About You**
We are looking for a proactive and reliable material controller to join our team in Leamington Spa.
Are you passionate about ensuring a seamless material flow in a manufacturing environment?
IT savvy with experience of processing goods in, stock control and scheduling using an MRP system to maintain our supplier base.
**About The Role**
You will be responsible for overseeing, implementing, and maintaining systems of supply that provide co-ordinated materials flow between stakeholders.
You will collaborate with the supply chain team, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.
**Key responsibilities**:
**MRP/systems**:Create and maintain supplies and spares using MRP and portal systems ensuring the required standards are met in accordance with the customers’ contractual agreement.
**Supplier Coordination/shipping**: Communicate with suppliers to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues that may have a potential impact on the shipping process.
**Supplier Schedule Management**:Control supplier schedules and prioritise accordingly and develop recovery plans. Escalate issues to the procurement team through the correct process.
**Proactive Communication**:Create and maintain excellent supplier relationships through clear and concise communication keeping them informed of delays and work closely to resolve the problems.
