Working for a leading luxury healthcare and cosmetics brand this role will see you joining as the Head of Design reporting to the CEO. This global organisation has been around for 30+ years and is developing groundbreaking technology in its field.

The Head of Design will work closely with the Head of Brand to develop creative concepts and lead the creative team to create and deliver.

You will have experience within the luxury industry and understand what the true feel and look of luxury mean and the target market that this is suitable for.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently develop and deliver creative concepts beyond the initial brief which add value to brands and their brand story.
- Oversee the delivery of key creative projects, from corporate decks to full-scale events and product launched.
- Review, develop and deliver identities for the company and product branding, including providing overall creative guidance on communications.
- Be able to distil complex, technical topics into clear, accessible narratives for a range of technical and non-technical audiences across a range of media.
- Lead creative junior and mid-career staff to deliver projects in a high-pressure environment, including taking responsibility for deliverables.
- Provide support to marketing and creative activities across the business, including in corporate and investor relations settings

You Will:

- Have proven experience in developing creative strategies for a luxury brand.
- You will have knowledge of all aspects of creative design including packaging concepts.
- Experience in briefing and overseeing the delivery of digital, visual and written creative campaigns.
- A background in creative development is not essential but would be an added bonus such as art direction, photography, fashion or design.
