Carshalton, United Kingdom My Tax Helper Ltd Full time

To provide support to the two directors of a small family ran accountancy practice.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks for clients.
Complete general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and answering phone calls.
Process client payroll
Assist with the preparation of client VAT returns.
Full year-end accounts for clients
Liaise with clients and HMRC.

**Requirements**:
Experience working in a similar role is essential. In an accoutancy practice
Strong administration skills
Ability to follow processes.
Ability to challenge any inefficiencies within a process.
Good bookkeeping experience
Excellent communication skills
Competent with Microsoft Office and accounting software
A willingness to learn and develop own.
Maintain company’s social media pages.
Working towards accounting qualification (such as ACCA, CIMA, ATT) is preferable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £16,387.69-£20,000.00 per year
