The focus of the post will be to provide a comprehensive source of guidance for colleague wellbeing and to support the Head of Occupational Health & Wellbeing and Clinical Psychologist, with the delivery of the health and wellbeing programme in line with the Trust’s People Plan, and national and local guidelines. This will be achieved by providing project and leadership support, to ensure health and wellbeing remains a key priority at the Trust and HIF our wholly owned subsidiary company.

The role will also provide support to strengthen our communications and engagement plan, to broaden our reach and raise awareness of our programme and the wider staff benefits initiatives. Including planning and co-ordinating of national campaign events, bespoke workshops and working with colleagues and teams to obtain local intelligence and evaluation to capture health and wellbeing needs. and providing necessary, accurate information to the HR, Executive teams and the board to assist its decision-making process.

This will also include an important role in leading our Mental Health Champion network, supporting with delivering training, working closely with our Clinical Psychologist and Occupational Health Team, facilitating network meetings and collating themes and producing reports. communicating the trust vision internally and externally
