Gray Care Group are a growing Care Home provider, as a result of this growth we are looking to add to our Head Office Team with a confident, organised PA/Admin Assistant.

The varied role will be primarily assisting the Directors in their daily tasks as well as being the first port of call for all administrative and secretarial duties.

These duties are typically but not limited to: Meeting planning/diary management, meeting notes, letter writing/proofing as well as directing and filtering inbound calls. As well as general office admin tasks.

Key credentials include being extremely organised, well spoken and articulate, with a pride in both appearance and their conduct as you will be engaging in professional exchanges on behalf of the Company and its Directors/Senior Management Team.

Being computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages is desirable along with previous experience in an Office environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
