Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a Sheffield-based business, who are looking for a SEO Manager to lead the SEO strategy in their growing Marketing team.
As the SEO Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the growth of SEO visibility through both on-page and technical SEO optimisation
- Ensuring SEO best practice is maintained and increasing visibility across search both nationally and internationally
- Identify key issues affecting SEO performance and actions required to turn around declining SEO performance
- Managing websites backlink profiles, communicating with websites to fix/ update links as required as well as securing new links
- Responsible for overseeing Digital PR strategies, building media lists and securing coverage to grow brand presence
- KPI setting and management across your direct reports
- Competitive analysis including audience, data, and topic research to identify what is new and how we can align brand including share of voice
Key skills of the SEO Manager:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills including strong proof reading
- Strong proficiencies in IT are required for this position
- Strong experience of organic strategy and evidence of implementation and performance improvements
- An excellent knowledge of technical SEO
- Knowledge and experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Clarity or similar.
