As a Sales Administrator/Trainee salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts while receiving comprehensive training to progress into a Sales role within the firm.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including obtaining client’s income and tax records, assisting client’s with their expenses and updating all relevant records.
- **Client Communication**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
- **Training and Development**:

- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Shadow senior sales team members to gain insight into effective sales strategies and best practices.
- Take initiative in self-directed learning and skill development to progress into a Sales role within the firm.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of both GCSE Maths and English Language C Grade or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
