**GSL Education Lincolnshire** is actively seeking a dedicated **Intervention Specialist** for an esteemed SEN (Special Educational Needs) client school situated in the **Grantham** region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and relevant professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting intervention strategies accordingly.
- Provide group ad one-on-one support and intervention to students with diverse learning needs.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans to address individual student requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role or a strong interest in supporting students with special educational needs.
- Hold the **right to work in the UK**.
- Proficient understanding of different learning styles and the ability to tailor interventions accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students.**
**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; relevant qualifications in education or a related field are advantageous.
