We provide services in both the Wrexham and Flintshire areas.

**Job Description**:

Our care professionals support clients at home with a variety of daily tasks to help them maintain their independence and wellbeing, and could include:

- Preparing healthy meals and snacks and helping the client stay hydrated
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting clients to get in or out of bed
- Assisting with washing, dressing and personal care needs if required
- Carry out light housework to keep a clean and safe home environment
- Pick up a client’s prescription or go shopping for essentials
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities or grocery shopping
- Above all, provide conversation and companionship.

A variety of hours are available to fit around your lifestyle - _this particular vacancy is primarily evenings and alternate weekend working_, however please do call us to discuss your availability to see if we have something that can fit around your current commitments.

**Qualifications**:
Experience isn’t necessary to work with us, so if you’ve never worked in care before, don’t let that stop you from applying. We offer award-winning training which will give you the skills and confidence you need to offer our clients the highest standards of care.

- NB: Clients are home-based so due to timings/locations a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is desirable._
