Are you 2nd Line IT Support Technician with a desire to further develop your skill-sets and build on your career? You’ll be working Monday to Friday and they’re looking to offer a salary of £28,000 - £35,000. As well as this, they offer a fantastic 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and they’ll pay for your lunch on a Friday - who doesn’t love free food? There areprogression opportunities as you establish yourself within the business, and as the company is looking to keep expanding, this could come quicker than you expect.

**Here’s what the role will involve**
- Day-to-day you will support, maintain and troubleshoot technologies such as Azure, Office 365, Defender for Endpoint, Bitlocker and Windows Server. You don’t need to have experience of all of these, but being skilled in a few areas is important for thisrole and we can give you exposure to the rest
- You’ll find yourself working on various sites from time-to-time. It’s important that you’re approachable, clear & concise, easy to work with and act as a true ambassador of the company at all times
- A large part of your role will be providing an exceptional level of customer service to your clients and ensuring they feel like you really do care about resolving their problems quickly
- Your investigative nature will help find the root cause of any issues quickly, ensuring our customers issues are resolved with pace and explained in a non-technical way to those not IT savvy

**What we’ll need from you**
- It’s important you’re organised and work with pace. At the point of your customers contacting you, they will often need a quick fix
