Uttlesford Norse require an experienced Multi-skilled Operative to join our team carrying out a variety of trade works on domestic properties and other assets or clients on behalf of Norse. This will be predominantly working on the Councils housing stock but may include non-housing, commercial and other properties as required.

You must be able to work on your own proficiently and carry out multi-trade works without immediate supervision. You will also be able to work from drawings and specifications, requisition the necessary materials and accept responsibility for the proper completion of jobs.

It is essential you consistently provide an excellent service to customers and maintain exemplary performance record against targets to meet the JVC’s expectations.

Duties may include, carpentry, plumbing, minor plastering, painting, fencing and work, general work and any multi skilled work.
- City & Guilds in plumbing and/or equivalent recognised apprenticeship/training
- Extensive working knowledge in all aspects of Plumbing
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Demonstrable skills and experience in a variety of trades
- Able to Interpret specifications, plans and drawings
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous Kitchen and Bathroom installation experience
