Interim IT Project Manager

Working with a fantastic business in Leicester (3days a week on site) in their search for an interim IT Project Manager to join them on a digital transformation project paying £450pd.
Essential Requirements:
Project Management:

- Ensuring all projects across the business are prioritised and successfully delivered (against budgets & timelines)
- Strong budget management and tracking - ensuring fixed cost projects are being delivered within agreed margins.
- Overseeing resource allocation, and highlighting resource challenges / identifying solutions
- Change Management including impact assessment, business readiness and issuing communications / guidance to the business
- Implement best practices for Project Management and Requirements via Jira/ Asana and deliver CI/CD using solutions like Github/Gitlab.
- Ensure project platform (Jira) is being updated by all involved to ensure dashboards are accurate.
- Strong Communication and stakeholder management is a must.
- Manage some BAU and operational projects from Requirements to delivery and support.
Strategic Duties:

- Finding ways of improving efficiency of projects (scoping, delivery)
- Helping move the business to a standardised project delivery model
- Helping setup a governance model for architecture / delivery and data
- Implementing portfolio management methodology and best practices including building out templates for PID, Risk Registers, and Status Reporting
