Job Description
- Maintenance of standard costing systems and production of costing information & reports. Support the factory management in improvement projects
- Support preparation of annual budgets
- Stock valuations
- Sales and margin reporting
- Reporting of accounts and forecasts to Management Team
- Charitable trust accounts and administration
- Credit control to include review of customer credit ratings
- Key support for annual stock take
- Provide support and data to operations.
- Complete jobs and investigate variances.
- Various other reporting and analysis as required
- Provide support to the team and assist with ad-hoc accounting duties as required
The Successful Applicant
· Excellent knowledge of MS applications including confident use of Excel · Strong analytical/numeracy skills · Excellent communication skills · Good planning & organizational skills · Ability to manage and prioritise work effectively · Excellent attention to detail · Good interpersonal skills Ability to liaise at all levels of the business · Experience in the use of accounting software packages · Strong commercial awarenessWhat's on Offer
- An hourly salary of approximately £18.00 - £22.00 depending on experience
