Inbound Sales Consultant £27,150 sensible OTE
We are currently looking to meet up with lively, enthusiastic telesales / sales professionals, with full sales cycle experience or somebody with an outgoing personality looking for a career in sales. You will have a great telephone manner and want to be partof a dynamic yet results orientated inbound sales team.
The purpose of this role is to ensure the delivery of an excellent 'Customer Journey', with a clear focus on delivering sales through service. You will develop and maintain excellent relations with new and existing customers resulting in increased sales revenue.This is to be achieved through proactive and reactive communication with our customers. You will deliver performance's that maximise competitive advantage. You will work in a challenging, motivational culture and environment, were all team members developand demonstrate their full potential. In turn achieving business KPI's and objectives.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities for the ideal Inbound Sales Executive / Sales Advisor
- 1) Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products in order to understand customers' needs.
3) Quote against complex incoming sales enquiries.
4) Work against agreed KPI's to ensure all personal and business targets are met.
5) Maximise the conversion of sales prospects from web enquiries and other sources by regular customer contact.
6) Close sales opportunities through negotiation and persuasion.
7) Report regularly to Sales Manager on all activities relating to the role.
8) To work as part of a team to develop the concept of One Team = One Organisation, taking ownership of challenges and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
9) Manage the implementation of new accounts. Ensure the business is compliant and that all customer problems are resolved to prevent repetition.
10) Undertake any other duties as required.
11) Ensure correct use of internal systems to follow the product sales process.
12) Ensure all leads are followed up promptly and quoted accurately.
13) Complete accurate order form at point of sale.
Ideal Inbound Sales Executives Experience
- B2B or B2C in a sales or service environment is essential
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Track record of hitting KPI's and targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to influence and reach decision makers
- Computer competent
Inbound Sales Executive Benefits:
Basic salary £20,500 (realistic OTE £27,150 + holidays)
